Daily Manna Thursday March 10, 2022 NOTHING   Luke 1:37 For with God nothing shall be impossible. Mt. 17:20 … and nothing shall be impossible unto you. Phil. 4:6 Be careful for nothing … John 15:5 … for without Me ye can do nothing. James 1:6 But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering … **** There may be times we feel we can handle situations on our own.  But if we read what Jesus said, For without Me ye can do nothing, we should never try it.  The Lord will help us if we only ask in faith believing He will, and put all our trust in Him.  He was a shield and buckler to King David and will do the same for us as He is no respecter of persons and He Is the same yesterday, today and forever.  /If the people who claim to serve the Lord Jesus Christ ever stood on the Word and remained steadfast in every saying of Jesus, it is now.  Things are changing swiftly by the day and sometimes by the hour.  So much inhumane acts of brutality that should be shown only to beasts are being performed heartlessly daily on human beings created in His Likeness.  Worse the performers have no shame and no regret which is or bordering on the seared conscious.  Very dangerous.  /We need to guard our hearts and minds for all we are worth.  Let no tiny seed plant itself of any kind of evil.  The enemy is out to win and will stop at absolutely nothing.  There is no fair game with him.  /When we pray, we need to pray diligently for any and all we know and love that they will have soft heartedness toward the Lord and His people.  The Word tells us nothing is impossible with us who believe.  Stand on this.  /Love with faith will help us work the works God intends.  The Lord said He had loved Israel with an everlasting love.  Should we not follow in His steps?  Embrace the Truth.  Never shy away from it.  Truth sets us free.   Amen.

Daily Manna Wed. March 9, 2022 Sure and Steadfast   Heb. 6:19 Which hope we have as an anchor of the soul both sure and steadfast … 3:14 We are made partakers of Christ if we hold the beginning of our confidence steadfast unto the end. Acts 2:42 And they continued steadfastly in the Apostles’ doctrine … Rom. 4:16 … to the end the promise might be sure to all the seed … Job 11:15 … thou shalt be steadfast and shalt not fear. Col. 2:5 … I am with you in the spirit, joying and beholding … the steadfastness of your faith in Christ. **** There is absolutely nothing like watching the lives of new Christians who are really doing their best to walk in newness of life.  Their excitement is contagious!  They want everyone to have what they have found.  Sometimes the zeal they have but yet lack wisdom and understanding causes those who have been in the Way for a long time, to look in wonderment!  /We who have been “at it for years” may need to take a closer look in examining ourselves.  Do we still love Jesus as much as we did at the start?  Or do we love Him even more by far for all He has done for us and brought us through?  /His Eyes are ever upon us.  He is ever present each day to show tender loving mercies toward us.  There is no comparison to the steadfastness of our precious Lord and Savior.  /He is the One Who delivers us from all the situations we face when we lift our hands to Him, knowing He knows what to do when we don’t.  /As we sit quietly before Him taking in His love and peace, we can feel for sure He IS with us, that He truly cares. There is nothing like that feeling.  /We have the Promises that are sure and steadfast, never failing.  We by believing and acting upon those precious words are made to be sure and steadfast as they anchor us in all the things we face.  There’s never going to be a time when we can’t look to the Almighty God to reach down and clear the way for us.  Amen.

Daily Manna Tuesday March 8, 2022 DUST   Ps. 103:14 For He knoweth our frame.  He remembereth that we are dust. Gen. 2:7 And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life and man became a living soul. 3:19 … till thou return unto the ground for out of it wast thou taken.  For dust thou art and unto dust shalt thou return. Ps. 104:29 … Thou takest away their breath.  They die and return to their dust. Ecc. 12:7 (read 5,6) Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was and the spirit shall return unto God Who gave it. **** Back in the day before modern means of preservation the physical man perished in the ground literally returning to dust.  It is amazing to think of Job’s and Isaiah’s testimony that though they were in that number that one day their spirits will return to receive their bodies which will be immortal then and miraculously recreated and joined back with their spirits.  The miraculous!  And all the bodies will by His Word will return to the proper spirits!  AMAZING!  But that’s our God!  /Ecc. gives a beautiful picture beginning with “One day the silver cord will break” or that which holds the soul to living on this earth in that body that is only mortal.  When that last breath is taken, though it be all but silent, if it is a saint that is fixing to pass, his or her Angelic Escorts will be there to take him or her straight to Heaven, the long awaited for destination.  The good thing about that is, it’s a no return to live on earth.  The joys of Heaven will be wide open then for all eternity.  “Hold on little children!”  Time is soon to be called to an end by the Angel in Rev. 10:6.   A handful of years and it will all be history to be remembered no more!  God’s PLAN of the Ages is about to bring His Word to a final close.  Curtain will fall!  Amen!

Daily Manna Monday March 7, 2022 The Lord Remembered   Gen. 8:1 And God remembered Noah and every living thing … 19:29 … God remembered Abraham and sent Lot out … Exo. 2:24 … God remembered His covenant with Abraham, with Isaac and with Jacob. Ps. 105:42 For He remembered His Holy Promise and Abraham His servant. Ps. 9:12 … He remembereth them.  He forgetteth not the cry of the humble. 103:14 … He remembereth that we are dust. **** We can know the Lord remembers every single thing except when we repent of past sins that are remembered no more but cast behind His back or in the depts of the sea.  He can forget those.  He does not remember that which is covered with His blood.  /He remembers our prayers.  He doesn’t forget.  At times it seems like such long stretches before we see or hear from Him.  But His arm is not short nor His ear heavy that He doesn’t hear.  /When Noah and his family and all the animals were floating around on water above the mountain tops, the Lord’s eye was always upon them.  He remembered when it was time for a change.  /The morning fire and brimstone was set in stone to fall on Sodom and the cities of the plain, He remembered Abraham who stood in the gap and made up the hedge the day before as Abraham made intercession for the wicked city just because his nephew was there.  God remembered Abraham the intercessor and “sent Lot out.”  /Many times the Lord has remembered His people are but dust and repented of the judgments He had intended to send upon them.  /Many times throughout His Word He has remembered His covenant with Abraham, Isaac and Jacob and turned things for His people.  /If we will stay close to Jesus in these last hours as the clock ticks away toward “midnight,” He will be certain to remember each of us as well.  Praise the Lord!  Keep the faith!  Amen!

Daily Manna Sunday March 6, 2022 DOOR   I Cor. 16:9 For a great door and effectual is opened unto me … Col. 4:3 … that God would open unto us a door of utterance … Acts 14:27 … How He had opened the door of faith unto the Gentiles. II Cor. 2:12 … a door was opened unto me of the Lord. Rev. 3:8 … I have set before thee an open door and no man can shut it … Ps. 141:3 … keep the door of my lips. **** Jesus said in John 10 that He is the Door and that any man who enters shall find green pasture meaning the Word that gives us Strength.  Daily we are to enter that door so we can have fellowship and communion with the Lord.  /He stands at the heart’s door of sinners inviting them to come to Him.  He will enter and give them everlasting life.  /God is so good as to open doors for true ministers of the Gospel when people are seeking more of the Lord.  People reach out to the Lord and God in turn answers by sending ministers who are prepared in His Word to help these people.  /David rightfully so asked the Lord to keep the door of his lips.  He put it this way in Ps. 19:14 Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in Thy sight, O Lord, my strength and my Redeemer. /David also mentions in regards to the children of Israel being in the wilderness from the Exodus that the Lord opened the door of Heaven and “rained down” the manna from Heaven saying man did eat angels’ food.  /God can open doors that no man can shut and close doors no man can open.  If He doesn’t open a door for us, it is for our good.  We should be satisfied with His answer.  /If you are one who has never opened the door of your heart to Him, do so now.  You will walk in newness of life.  Ask any of those who have and they will say it is worth it all.  Heaven will be worth it all.  Amen.

Daily Manna Saturday March 5, 2022 ESCAPE   Luke 21:36 Watch … pray always. (Why) that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass and to stand before the Son of man. Rev. 12:5 … her child was caught up unto God and to His Throne. 7:9 … a great multitude which no man could number of all nations and kindreds and people and tongues stood before the Lamb (Son of man) … Ps. 124:7 Our soul is escaped … we are escaped. I Thess. 5:9 For God hath not appointed us to wrath. 1:10 … Jesus which delivered us from the wrath to come. Rom. 5:9 … we shall be saved from the wrath to come. **** These are just a few of the Scriptures that prove those who are dedicated to the Lord will not be here for the final three and half years on this earth which will even be shortened days from 24 hrs. to 16 hrs.  But we must be ready when it comes up time.  The 666 will be ready to be revealed.  They will be after the Christians like never they have been.  /But we see from these few verses when it comes down to the wire moment, the devil won’t have them to face his time on earth meaning the wrath of God on the great tribulation period.  End time Scriptures make it plain true Christians will escape.  God has no reason to put them through His wrath.  It’s similar to when He placed wrath on the Egyptians but Israel dwelled in Goshen in total safety.  /If we are on the Lord’s side, we are safe.  Just need to prepare and remain prepared.  This will be a one way.  Never to return to set feet down again.  But your state of mind will mean everything.  Can’t let down your guard for a single moment.  Keep your spiritual ear tuned in to Him.  Just a short time as we are on the home stretch.  God bless!  Amen!

Daily Manna Friday March 4, 2022 Reel to and Fro   Ps. 107:27 They reel to and fro and stagger … and are at their wits end. James 1:6 But let him ask in faith nothing wavering.  For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed. Col. 1:23 If ye continue in the faith grounded and settled and be not moved away from the hope of the Gospel … 2:7 Rooted and built up in Him and stablished in the faith … Eph. 6:13 … take unto you the whole armor of God that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day … **** Once we cross the line to bow at His feet and repent of all our past sins, we enter the battlefield of the Ages.  The way of the transgressor is hard.  The way of the Christian is filled with God-given responsibilities and daily we need to prove ourselves as good soldiers and good stewards of all He gives us.  /Jesus looking at Peter told him that upon His confession of Jesus being the Messiah that He would build His Church and “the gates of hell would not prevail against it.”  But there is a daily fight involved.  We must stay alert and maintain every inch of ground the Lord has allowed us to take.  /He has given us the weapons of our warfare of prayer and the Word.  With them we are able to pull down even the mightiest of strongholds of the enemy.  /We need to be to the place in God that we are looked upon as dangerous to the kingdom of the devil.  That takes dedication and consecration but it is so needed for God’s Kingdom to increase in these last days.  /The more steadfastness we show in the trials we face, the more the enemy of our souls takes note of that we can’t be moved away from our love for the Lord. It will take staying in love with Jesus to keep us.  Every day several times a day we need to tell Him we love Him.  Tell Him we thank Him and praise Him for His watchful Eyes.  Amen.

Is. 10:27 … and the yoke shall be destroyed because of the anointing. Hos. 4:6 My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge … **** Jesus came that we by choice accepting Him as Savior and Lord might have LIFE and have LIFE more abundantly.  On the other hand, the devil comes only for destruction: to steal, to kill and to destroy.  It is up to the individual as to which life they will have.  Some choose LIFE.  Others choose the destruction and live in this world under curses and go into eternity for hell then the Lake of Fire.  It’s amazing how Jesus came in such love to face such cruelty to redeem all that will bow to His Name and yet there are those who harden their hearts and stiffen their necks and walk on in disobedience and all manner of sin.  They are of their father the devil.  His hold on them is so strong, they obey his every suggestion.  /Those who worship the devil and serve him with human sacrifice and every sin that is proclaimed sin in the Word, will have their reward and be sent to everlasting fire.  /Jesus came into ministry destroying the works of the devil by preaching the Truth, healing the sick, delivering the oppressed, and casting out devils.  That is why the Christian should follow His steps.  Do what He taught.  And stay on guard at all times as we want to be true to our Lord.  We don’t need one blot on our record because we have the option to repent whole heartedly.  That way we stay FREE.   We can know the TRUTH and it sets us FREE. Leave evil alone. Keep your eyes on Him.  Follow His steps.  Amen.

Daily Manna Wed. March 2, 2022 EXPECTATION Ps. 62:5 … my expectation is from Him. Prov. 23:18 … thine expectation shall not be cut off. 24:14 Rom. 8:19 For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God. Jer. 29:11 … to give you an expected end. **** When we are expecting a good surprise, we wait in eager anticipation of receiving it, don’t we? There are any number of good things the Lord has planned for us if only we prepare ourselves spiritually to receive from Him. /Everything we do worthwhile takes time. The time we spend with Him must be quality time if we are to reap quality benefits. /Life is full of rush whether it is day or night. There is always more to do than the time in which we are given in a day. If we are not careful, time will slip away. You can’t go back and retrieve it. The next day restarts the time. Praying while driving or various other tasks to be performed should be the extra. No one would dare to talk with a best friend who was in for a visit running around the house doing this and that. That friend would quickly lose interest and say he or she had to leave. /Let’s take a pure designated quiet time that will be quality time with our FRIEND Jesus. Peace and joy and His love can surround us. /That’s not a dream world. That’s one we need to build our daily schedule around. After all we are talking and communicating with the KING of all kings. We must remember to treat Him as we would want to be treated if we were on a throne. We should always use dignity, respect, honor and reverence when we approach the Throne of the Lord Jesus. /If we really want to be His friend like Abraham, then we must set aside quality time. We then can expect a good visitation every single time we approach the Throne of Grace and Mercy. /Honor the Lord and He will honor you. Give Him your best and expect His best in return. Amen!

Is. 32:15 Until the Spirit be poured upon us from on High … Job 29:6 … and THE ROCK poured me out rivers of oil. **** People can be stingy but not the Lord! He is always like the good Samaritan that found the man by the roadside nearly dead and poured oil and wine into his wounds, set him on his own donkey and got him a room at the next end and paid for his stay. /Now don’t you know Jesus told that story for a purpose for that is the way He looks out for us. No matter where we are or what the circumstances may be, we are facing, He is always taking good care of us. /Just because we are faithful to give tithes and offerings, He has promised to open His windows and pour out a blessing we can’t contain! /The widow in Elisha’s day had nothing but a pot of oil in the house. The Prophet told her what to do and she did exactly as he instructed. After she sold all the oil, she had enough to pay the debt (II Kings 4:1+) and then the rest to live off of the remainder of her years. /Job during his suffering thought back to the time when he “washed his steps with butter and the Rock poured me out rivers of oil.” /Several Scriptures promise the pouring out of the Spirit to those who obey Him in this endtime. Don’t let this opportunity pass you by “when the times of refreshing shall come.” /There’s nothing like the goodness of God. That even leads us to repentance. We should want to stand under the spout that keeps pouring out His righteous blessings on us day after day. Amen.

Prov. 29:1 He that being often reproved hardeneth his neck shall be destroyed and that without remedy Ps. 105:15 Touch not Mine Anointed and do My Prophets no harm. **** One apple or one potato in a sack of like kind that is rotten is going to affect all it touches.  The life we live whether good or evil affects more than ourselves.  We set examples that cause others to follow in our steps whether for good or evil.  We should be so careful as Christians to make right choices that please the Lord.  /Betrayals like Judas still happen.  It is necessary to know others by the Spirit.  Our five senses can fool us but the Lord will help us with His Eyesight to see as He does.  Num. 32:23 ends by saying, Be sure your sins will find you out.  There is nothing hidden that is not going to be revealed.  No matter how hard a hypocrite covers his or her deeds, sooner or later there will be a slip of the cover and it will be seen what the real vessel is like.  /God never overly concerns Himself with things like we tend to do.  Often times He doesn’t execute judgment speedily like we might.  But He sets a time limit on His mercy and when the “clock” strikes 12 midnight, you can look out!  It’s coming!  /The Lord sees it all good or bad.  He allows us to make the choices.  Why should we waste a lifetime to spend all eternity which lasts forever just to go to hell then the Lake of Fire?  Something to think about.  Yes, we are in dress rehearsal here and now.  Let’s get the Righteousness of the Lord on quickly!  Amen!

Lk. 15:24 For this my son was dead and is alive again.  He was lost and is found. Gen. 6:8 But Noah found grace in the Eyes of the Lord. 18:3 … if now I have found favor in Thy sight, pass not away … from Thy servant. Job 33:24 … Deliver him from going down to the pit.  I have found a ransom. **** When the Lord gets ready for a servant, He goes out to find him or her.  David was down in the pasture tending the sheep.  The Lord knew He would need him to fight the giant shortly so He sent the Prophet Samuel over to Bethlehem to anoint one of the sons of Jesse.  The elders of the town trembled for they feared the Word of the Lord in the mouth of His Prophet.  /Samuel didn’t know that he was anointing a very young man who would days after stand up for all Israel against the 9’9” giant of the Philistines.  But God was looking out for Israel ahead of time.  He knew He’d need David who had never been a soldier on a battlefield but would trust in the Mighty God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.  /So He sent Samuel who looked on all the sons of Jesse that were present in the house.  God said no to all of them.  At least three were soldiers in Saul’s army.  /Jesse sent for the only one not there.  That was God’s choice.  /Remember, if you have been chosen, it was because in His Eyes, you were the best for the job ahead.  It never matters about abilities, wisdom, understanding that you lack yet, what matters is that you trust God knows what He is doing and that He will give you all these things in due time as you put Him first.  He says seek and you WILL find.  /The way of the transgressor is hard not of the righteous. Look up.  We don’t have long to occupy.  There are giants every day of our lives that need to be conquered by His Power and our prayers.  Keep up the good work!  Amen!

John 10:10 … I Am come that they might have life and that they might have it MORE abundantly. Is. 13:12 I will make a man MORE precious than fine gold … Prov. 4:18 But the path of the just … shineth MORE and MORE unto the perfect day. **** There’s MORE than tears and sorrows.  There’s MORE than aches and pains.  There’s MORE than the troubles and trials.  For Jesus said first He has come to give us LIFE.  Until we repent and submit to being washed in His blood from all past sins, we are dead.  We have no life until that happens.  After this initial experience then if we want life more abundantly, it is there for the asking.  The Holy Spirit per the Apostle Peter said is given to those who obey Him.  /David said in Ps. 71:14 But I will hope continually and will yet praise Thee MORE and MORE.   The lighter we keep our hearts the more joy we will have and that counts toward longevity as well as peace.  /Job faced a trial that most won’t ever have to go through but 42:12 says, So the Lord blessed the latter end of Job MORE than his beginning.  The Lord rewarded him because he kept his integrity and his faith that God knew what He was allowing.  “Though God slay me, yet I’ll trust Him.”  /The Apostle Peter said in II Pet. 1:19, We have a MORE sure Word of Prophecy …  Peter held his ground on the day of Pentecost preaching to all the Jews.  Now later writing to those who were scattered about the regions for fear of being put to death, he is telling them to hold on to his testimony of the risen Jesus until the DAYSTAR arises in their hearts or their understanding is opened.  Yes, just ahead!  There is MORE!  MORE!   MORE!  Keep your eyes on Jesus!   Amen!

Mt. 24:6 And ye shall hear of wars and rumors of wars.  See that ye be not troubled for all these things must come to pass but the end is not yet.  :7 For nation shall rise against nation and kingdom against kingdom and there shall be famines and pestilences and earthquakes in divers places.  :8 All these are the beginning of sorrows. **** In a live service on Nov. 14, 2004 there was a Word from the Lord that came forth saying, In the spring of 2005 when Russia and Japan put sickness and disease by biological warfare into the atmosphere, that will be the BEGINNING of SORROWS and the judgments will fall all across the world. We’re going on 17 years since that was revealed.  So very many things have happened.  Man has through greed constantly wanted more for self and brought so much on this world and innocent people that was not even necessary.  It would be enough just to make it through normal obstacles of this life without having all the extra burdens of clashes and wars and biological warfare and countries rising up against innocent citizens.  /Christians must fight through prayer like never before.  The enemies of man’s souls are constantly raging to take down those whom he can drag into obeying him.  /The Lord has given us the WEAPONS of our WARFARE that are MIGHTY through God to tare down strongholds of our enemies that walk about seeking whom they may devour.  /If God be for us, who can be against us?  He Who is on our side stands ready to defend us as His own children.  Jesus said, Watch and pray.  Be alert. Be obedient.  Be all you can be for Him.  He will help us.  Amen.

Prov. 12:19 … a lying tongue is but for a moment. **** Thinking back to the prophecy of Jeremiah as he saw the overtaking of Babylon long before it happened, we find he said in so many words the Medes would divert the river that ran under the wall and through the city and move right in and take the city.  That, of course, is exactly what happened. Complacency is never a good thing.  Here Belshazzar is seen drinking away with thousands of his lords and ladies and using the glasses taken from God’s Temple.  They’re praising every god they could think of at the highlight of their banquet.  /Suddenly in a moment the scene changed!   The hand began writing on the wall in an unknown language.  The king became petrified in fear.  None could read it but all knew something FEARFUL had entered their world at a moment when they thought they were so very happy.  /Daniel was called.  He explained and reminded Belshazzar of what Nebuchadnezzar had gone through.  Daniel told the king of his sin before he ever chose to read and interpret the handwriting.  /Never before in history had this kind of thing happened but countless times the term “handwriting on the wall” has been used since.  /Even today it has been used.  We never want to cross the line in the sand with the Lord God of this Universe.  Belshazzar had and that night drinking out of His glasses was the tipping point.  /Today there are people that are crossing the line in the sand.  Eternal death lies just over the “hill.”  We need to guard our lives with diligence and hold His unchanging Hand.  Amen!

Mk. 1:10,11 … He saw the HEAVENS OPENED … Lk. 3:21,22 … the HEAVEN was OPENED. **** Elisha the Prophet was holding the mantle that fell from his mentor the Prophet Elijah.  Looking up to Heaven Elisha cried out, Where is the God of Elijah?  In moments the God of Elijah was parting the Jordan River for Elisha to walk back to the other side.  /When Stephen was being stoned, he being “full of the Holy Ghost” looked up to Heaven while stones were hitting him all over his body.  Heaven was opened.  He saw the Glory of God.  He saw the express image of God Jesus standing waiting for that last breath to take Stephen to his eternal home.  /Later Saul who became Paul was on the Damascus Road when suddenly at noon day out on that desert trail, a light far brighter than the sun shone down from Heaven as the portal opened.  Saul had his first personal encounter with the Lord Jesus.  /Jesus when speaking with Nathaniel, told him that one day he would see Heaven Opened and see the Angels of God ascending and descending on the Son of man.  That was like Jacob’s dream of the ladder in Gen. 28. Ordinary people have seen Heaven Opened but it’s because God has a purpose for such and they are in fine tune with the Lord keeping their minds toward Him.  Look up.  It’s not too late!  Amen.

Daily Manna Tuesday February 22, 2022 ***IDLE***   Thinking in terms of conversation idle talk is worthless and ineffective and useless chatter and unprofitable talk.  In other words one could keep his or her mouth shut and the world would be a better place. Mt. 12:36 (33-37) … every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the Day of Judgment. :37 For by thy words thou shalt be justified and by thy words thou shalt be condemned.  (on that Day) :34 … for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh. :33 … the tree is known by his fruit. **** In this passage Jesus is speaking to the Pharisees vs. 24 who accused Him because of their desire to turn people away from Him vs 22, 23, of casting out devils by the prince of devils.  He first tells them of a kingdom divided against itself then about blasphemy against the Son of man and the Holy Ghost.  Vs. 33-37 zero in on their lives.  Their unjustified accusations came from their own evil lives. Col. 4:6 Let your speech be always with grace, seasoned with salt, that ye may know how ye ought to answer every man.  The hope that is within us is what we should be speaking of to others.  Those we meet either need words to help them go forward as Christians or words from deep within our relationship with the Lord to turn lives around that are headed in wrong directions.  If you notice, Jesus and Paul and the Apostles made every word count.  We can if we stay prepared and think before we speak.  /The Apostle James talks enough about the tongue to let us know we must guard our mouths.  King David in Ps. 19 wanted his words to be pleasing to the Lord.  With all this in mind we can certainly help ourselves to have a clean slate when we stand before the Lord.  Amen.

Daily Manna Monday February 21, 2022 FOOLISH   Prov. 9:6 Forsake the foolish and live and go in the way of understanding. 28:26 He that trusteth in his own heart is a fool … Ps. 5:5 The foolish shall not stand in Thy sight. Prov. 13:9 The lamp of the wicked shall be put out. **** Jesus taught a parable using a foolish man who built his house right onto the sand.  He may have saved time right then but when the rains came in torrents and washed the entire house away, he realized too late he should have built on a foundation.  Foolish people don’t tend to take the future in consideration and how to prepare for it.   Just “eat, drink and be merry” today and let tomorrow take care of itself.  Not a good philosophy for obvious reasons.  /In the days surrounding the time prior to the flood of Noah’s day this is probably the best description of what their outlook on life was.  Every day they arose to violent undertakings and plans.  There was so much violence media could not have kept up with it.  There came a day that God looked down on the earth.  Only Noah was living with the fear of the Lord.  All the rest had long since fallen from any foundation of believing and serving the God Who created them and all they could see around them.  They were growing worse by the day.  /God even repented to Himself He had even created man.  That was a sad day for Him.  But He cheered up when He saw one man still standing in Grace who had not been entrigued into evil as all the rest had gone “awhoring” after all that was wicked.  /The ark was prepared to His instructions.  All were finally aboard and after 7 days, God shut the door.  /That final day is soon to arrive again.  These three years of Harvest time may well bring God to shut the door once more.  We who are living under His grace need to “soldier in the Faith” as never before.  We need as Noah did to find grace in His Eyes.  Amen.

Daily Manna Sunday February 20, 2022 ***QUIET***   I Thess. 4:11 … study to be quiet … I Pet. 3:4 … the ornament of a meek and quiet spirit … Lam. 3:26 It is good that a man should both hope and quietly wait for the salvation of the Lord. Job 34:29 When He giveth quietness, who then can make trouble? Is. 30:15 … In quietness and in confidence shall be your strength … 32:17 … The effect of righteousness (shall be) quietness and assurance forever. **** There is just something about getting in a real quiet place like outside with pretty scenery and looking up at a clear blue sky and perhaps hearing the rumbling of a small stream over rocks that sure makes one think of the MIGHTY Creator.  It just makes a person want to look up high and raise up hands and voice to the One Who made all this beautiful world possible.  /Then at other times you may just be left alone in a house and get all comfy in a nice chair with the Bible on your lap and the same feelings occur.  His Presence brings Peace for He is the Prince of Peace.  /We won’t normally reach the climax of quietness without being quiet.  The world is in such a race daily.  Traffic flies to and fro in the air, on the land and on the sea.  And it’s never ending for obvious reasons.  /But taking the time we do have and spending quality time with HIM is all that really matters.  He is meant to be our everything.  Blessed Quietness, Holy Quietness, What assurance in my soul!  On the stormy sea, He speaks peace to me and the billows cease to roll!  /Yes, and He is the only way to that kind of peace.  No matter the storms of life He rules and reigns.  He is the Fearless One in control of it all.  And He is abundantly able to do above all that we ask or even think according to the power that works in us.  /Keep the Faith.  Let the Prince of Peace rule in your life by taking time with Him.  Amen.

Daily Manna Saturday February 19, 2022 Wait on the Lord   Ps. 27:14 Wait on the Lord.  Be of good courage and He shall strengthen thine heart. 37:7 Rest in the Lord and wait patiently for Him … :34 Wait on the Lord and keep His Way … Is. 40:31 But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength … 30:18 … blessed are all they that wait for Him. Lam. 3:25 The Lord is good unto them that wait for Him … Hosea 12:6 … wait on thy God continually. Micah 7:7 … I will wait for the God of my salvation … **** The Lord lets us to know He wants to renew our strength spiritually and that to do that we must get into His Presence and linger for however long it takes.  We should not wait till we are so depleted that when we finish communing with Him, we leave out without getting renewed.  /The Prophet Hosea said to wait on Him continually.  Certainly it helps as we go about daily activities to let our minds dwell on His Word and reach out to Him as the opportunities avail.  That will help us to some extent but never think it will take the place of “closet time.”  /It does take being alone with the Lord in a quiet atmosphere where we can be unbothered for our strength to be fully restored.  It takes bringing it all and laying it at His precious feet and leaving it there, also.  We can’t drag it all back out with us or it just drags us back down.  /Paul admonishes us in Phil. 4 and Heb. 4 to come boldly before the Throne and include thanksgiving and praise with our requests.  Worshipping the Lord should always be a part of it.  There is the entrance to Him to be gained as Ps. 100 with thanksgiving and praise.   /Then there is the REST in Him as we go from His Presence assured He will take care of it all.  Amen.
